Executive Manager and Co-Founder of ESI Media, Evan Prieskop manages the money and the paperwork. Crouching on his office like a gargoyle, Evan sees to it that ESI Media’s doors stay open and checks get cut. He is rarely seen on set, but Jessica Snow, the Production Coordinator, often uses his name like a threat to cow unruly models and costumers: “Behave, or Evan will come to the set and steal you away to his soot-blacked tower. There he will bind you in chains of red and black ink and lecture you about the bottom line.”

Evan keeps the artists and artistes that swarm around ESI Media honest and on task, and he integrates the visions of the clients and the photographers into a stable whole. Then he steps back and stays out of the way of the on-set and post-production processes until it is time to bring everything and everyone back together in the end.

He is a dedicated journalist and entrepreneur. ESI Media is Evan’s third business, not including a small educational not-for-profit currently operating in Honduras. He enjoys playing a role in the way people communicate the ideas and images that shape culture, and he plans to make sure that ESI Media explodes into a force to be reckoned with in the commercial and advertising photography world.
